• Find an accountability partner. If you are competitive, this one’s for you. Find someone who supports you and is willing to engage in some friendly competition. Having an “opponent” walk beside you as you grow can be challenging and fun.
• Reward yourself. When you can check something off your list or your vision board becomes reality, celebrate. Buy the shoes, eat the cookie or take the day off. You earned it!
